The HaeBangChon Spring Music Festival will run Friday and Saturday in Haebangchon.
Fifty-three artists will descend on this Itaewon enclave’s cafes and bars for the festival, run twice a year by local small businesses.
This season’s venues are Orange Tree, VFW, The Local, Camarata Acoustic Wine Bar and Phillies.
The music starts at 9 p.m. Friday and continues to midnight. On Saturday the first acts come on at 3 p.m., though most venues do not open until 6 p.m.
There are no entry fees. To get to Haebangchon leave Exit 2 of Noksapyeong Station and walk straight, bearing left at the area’s iconic kimchi pots.
