Millennium Seoul Hilton offers beef, sea bream specialties

Millennium Seoul Hilton offers Korea’s finest beef Hanwoo and seabream specialties at its Japanese restaurant Genji during May.

Prepared by Japanese chefs, the dishes include an a la carte selection of Korean beef, vegetables and egg on plain rice at 40,000, a sukiyaki menu at 75,000 won and a grilled sea bream dish at 60,000 won.

The restaurant also offers a nine-course menu that highlights the taste and texture of Hanwoo along with traditional Japanese dishes at 140,000 won.

It has a sushi bar, teppanyaki tables and tatami rooms and private dining rooms for many different occasions.
