21-month-old baby preacher

The video of 21-month-old baby, Kanon Tipton, preaching at his family’s church has been watched by millions of people since it was posted by his parents three years ago, according to the Telegraph.

Tiny Kanon paces back-and-forth, confidently shouting and gesticulating as he babbles, seemingly following the path of Pentecostal preaching as his father and grandfather did.

But 4-year-old Kanon preaches sometimes in more formal attire, with better words and articulation.

His proud parents claim they simply let the baby Kanon take to the stage whenever he feels like it, never having forced him to perform.

In a TV interview when Kanon’s father, Pastor Damon Tipton, was asked if the young preacher is inspired by mimicry or by a calling, he replied, “I think it’s a little of both. I do feel like the hand of God is on him in a special way.”

한 TV 인터뷰에서 카논의 아버지 데이먼 팁톤은 꼬마 목사 카논이 본인을 따라 하는 건지 아니면 신의 힘을 받는 건지에 관한 질문에 “둘 다에 조금씩 영향을 받는 거 같다. 하지만 신의 힘이 특별히 카논에게 닿는 것 같다”고 답했다.
