Choi Sung-kee (Hyundai Motors) |
Hyundai Motor Group appointed Choi Sung-kee as president of China operations Friday.
Choi will replace Yung Hsing Hsueh, a former vice chairman, who stepped down recently. Yung left the post to “make way for a younger generation,” according to the carmaker.
Born in 1950, Choi is a Korea University graduate. He has long worked for the automaker’s China division and his most recent post was vice president of the group’s China operations.
