The hotel’s Ninth Gate Grille promotes natural beef through Sept. 30. The promotional set menu features environmentally-friendly raised Brandt beef steak cooked in the wood-fired oven as well as sumptuous side dishes and desserts. The lunch and dinner are priced at 75,000 won and 120,000 won, respectively. Brandt Beef is a single family owned, premium natural beef producer in California.
