겨울철 피부 건조를 막으려면 4분 이내에 샤워를 끝내야 한다.
뉴욕의 피부과 전문의 하워드 소벨에 의하면 5분, 6분도 아닌 4분 동안만 샤워하는 것이 피부를 지키는 데 이상적이라고 해외 매체가 전했다.
또한, 샤워 후 몸을 말릴 때는 수건으로 비비는 대신 몸을 가볍게 두드리면서 물기를 흡수해야 한다.
마지막으로 몸이 완전히 마르기 전에 보습제를 충분히 바르면 샤워로 흡수한 수분이 증발하는 것을 막을 수 있다.
그러나 이에 대해 네티즌들은 ‘4분 내로 세수하고 머리를 감고 제모까지 하는 게 가능한가?’ 등 비현실적이라는 반응을 보이고 있다.
