Cindy Jackson, 55, has had 52 cosmetic surgeries so far, including the recent injection of a substance into her hands to boost collagen production, ABC News reported Wednesday.
The report said Jackson had set the world record for the person undergoing the most procedures.
“I didn’t set out to set a world record, it was never my ambition, it’s just that I had so much done,” Jackson said in the interview with ABC News. “For me, it was just to look better.“
Working as a consultant who provides advice on, well, plastic surgery, Jackson has spent a whopping $100,000 on plastic surgeries from small-scale procedures such as Botox to full-scale operations.
An expert on plastic surgery, she has also written two books “Living Doll,” and “Image and Cosmetic Surgery Secrets.”
Her transformation in search of better looks began when she was shocked to hear a guy saying “when you smile, from the side your nose and chin almost meet” when she was 14 years old.
Her journey to eternal youth is now aimed at removing any sign of aging.
Jackson, who is originally from Ohio but now lives in the UK, recently worked on her hands that she felt were not up to standard compared with other parts of her body. “I did have prominent veins and tendons sticking up and now you don’t see them at all,” she said.
In getting plastic surgeries, she has applied one key principle: looking natural.
“I wouldn’t ever want anyone to stop and stare at me and say ‘that woman’s had a lot of surgery.’”
