K-pop boy band iKON finished the Chinese leg of its Asia tour with a concert in Shanghai on Saturday.
The group kicked off its Asia tour with a concert in Taiwan on April 22, followed by concerts in Hong Kong on May 7, Cheongdu on May 14, Nanjing on May 21, and Shenzhen on June 3.
At “iKONCERT 2016 ‘Showtime Tour’ in Shanghai” held at the Grand Stage in Shanghai, the group presented their hit songs, including “Rhythm Ta” and “Dumb&Dumber,” as well as performing “My Type,” “Apology” and “Airplane” and covering Big Bang’s “Bang Bang Bang.”

The concert also featured solo performances by band members B.I, Bobby and Kim Jin-hwan.
iKON has been at the forefront of hallyu in China, with every song released in China topping the charts on QQ Music, China’s largest music website. The band also won the best group award at the Netease Attitude Awards last December and the Best New Force Group and album of the year (Media Recommended) at the QQ Music Awards on March 23.
Meanwhile, the group will continue the Asia tour with concerts in Thailand on July 16, Singapore on July 24, Malaysia on Aug. 13 and Indonesia on Sept. 3.
