As part of his role in Super Junior, one of the country’s most successful K-pop acts, Kyuhyun has been praised for his vocal abilities, lending his voice to a number of Korean drama soundtracks as well as taking on musical roles in productions such as “Catch Me If You Can,” “Moon Embracing the Sun” and “Singin’ in the Rain.”

Kyuhyun is one of a handful of SM’s male artists who are pursing singing careers outside their perspective groups. He will be the third artist this year to fly solo following SHINee’s Taemin with his solo debut “ACE” and subunit Super Junior-M member Zhoumi’s “Rewind” release.
