The Korean Red Cross is to hold its annual bazaar in Seoul on Wednesday, Sept. 28. The event is to run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the B Hall on the first floor of COEX.
The charity is to sell traditional Korean foodstuffs including cooking pastes, fruits, and red ginseng as well as clothes, accessories and general household goods.
Proceeds from the bazaar will go toward the organization’s voluntary activities.
Korean Red Cross official Kang Eun-joo said: “This year, the funds will be used to help grandparents who are taking care of their orphaned grandchildren, victims of disaster and the vulnerable in Korea.”
COEX is located in Seoul’s Gangnam area, near Samseong and Cheongdam subway stations. For more information go to: www.redcross.or.kr.
