ManpowerGroup, a provider of services in human resources, has been included on Ethisphere Institute’s World’s Most Ethical Companies list for the second straight year.
The list is based on companies’ commitment to ethical leadership, compliance, corporate social responsibility and business practices at large. ManpowerGroup said the recognition reflects its continued efforts.

The Ethisphere Institute, an international think tank, highlights organizations that show leadership in promoting ethical business standards through the prestigious list.
The company earlier said the world had entered a transformational “Human Age” where complex forces continue to evolve, and businesses should move quickly to adapt to the ever-changing environment.
Seeking an effective and sustainable way of doing business is closely linked with working to accommodate the demands of an increasingly transparent world, the company said, adding that today’s clients, employees, communities and society demand integration of ethical standards into daily operations.
More than ever, ethical performance is also seen as a key driver of employee engagement ― essential for an organization to succeed. Building a solid ethical environment is a competitive advantage as this allows organizations to attract and retain the hard-to-find talent they need to tackle the complexities inherent in the new business environment, the firm said.
