The figure represents a one-spot drop from six months earlier, according to the OECD’s biannual data.

Finland topped the global standings with 123.3 percent, followed by Australia with 114.4 percent, Japan with 111.8 percent, Sweden with 109.8 percent and Denmark with 107.3 percent.
