SK Telecom T.um, an exhibition center run by information technology company SK Telecom, said Monday that it launched an experience zone with devices using the latest technologies on display.
Celebrating its fourth anniversary, the exhibition center went through a series of renovations to offer opportunities for its visitors to experience the latest long term evolution technologies and the newest solutions in education and medicine.

The IT company also installed “Smart Robot,” one of the most popular features in the SK Pavilion, which attracted a large number of spectators during the Yeosu Expo 2012. Also displayed in the exhibition center is “Smart Health,” which enables users to benefit from convenient medical services via smartphones, and “Smart Learning,” which provides a system of study solutions accessed through tablet PCs.
The renovation is aimed at presenting T.um as the world’s best IT display center, the IT-focused company said. Latest versions of the multi-carrier, carrier-aggregation and high-density voice functions are available in the center.
With about 38,000 distinguished guests from 168 countries having visited T.um over the past four years since its opening, the exhibition center will provide an excellent opportunity to demonstrate Korea’s global reputation as a leading IT-driven country, SK Telecom said.
