If you’re looking for a cool summer break with great food, music and a dip in the pool, look no further than Imperial Palace Seoul.

Dubbed “Cool Jazzpera Festival,” it starts from 7 p.m. at five hotel venues: lobby lounge Del Mar, New York style lounge bar Zoe on the first basement level of the hotel, Garden Terrace, the Mediterranean-style outdoor swimming pool and the banquet room located outside the main hotel building.
As part of the event, Del Mar, the lobby lounge presents live performances by a barbershop quartet and pop-opera singers, hosted by a professional emcee. A step out to Garden Terrace will bring a live acoustic guitar performance and various beer tasting events.
A mini semi-buffet, unlimited wine and draft beer are provided in the Del Mar and Garden Terrace areas.
By the pool, where a live magic performance will be held, guests will be provided with canapes and unlimited champagne.
A dance party with a professional DJ and free cocktails will be held at lounge bar Zoe from 9:30 p.m.
Lastly, a full course dinner with wine will be provided at the banquet room, with a live jazz music performance.
There are two types of tickets for the Cool Jazzpera Festival.
The Type A Ticket, at 100,000 won, offers guests unlimited access to all five venues ― Banquet room, Del Mar, Garden Terrace, outdoor swimming pool and Zoe bar ― from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m. when the festival wraps up.
The Type B ticket, at 70,000 won, provides access to only four, with the exception being the banquet room, from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. The prices include tax and service fees.
All guests will have a chance to win generous giveaways, which include a free night’s stay at the hotel, a buffet voucher and a wine buffet voucher. The raffle takes place at 10 p.m. in the lobby lounge.
