It looks like K-pop superpower male trio JYJ will be returning to the stage in front of a sold out crowd after selling out the first round of tickets to its upcoming Seoul concert in just 20 minutes, according to an announcement by C-jeS Entertainment.
According to the agency, the trio’s first round of 20,000 tickets to “The Return of the King” slated for Aug. 9 at the Olympic Stadium sold out in a matter of minutes and even caused the online ticketing site to crash.
The upcoming solo concert marks JYJ’s first concert before the members embark on their Asia tour, which will includes performances in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The second round of ticket sales is set to open on July 8.
As the members of JYJ are gearing up to headline their upcoming concert tour across Asia, Kim Jae-joong, Park Yoo-chun and Kim Jun-su are also currently preparing for the unveiling of their second studio album ― their first in nearly three years after their debut studio album “In Heaven” was released in 2011.
