Park Hyatt Seoul’s signature restaurant The Lounge is presenting a special dinner package for couples looking for a romantic night out together. The “Special Moments at the Park” package features a three-course dinner for two and half a bottle of premium champagne prepared at a special window table decorated with flowers and candles. Upon request, a personalized letter can be placed inside the menu as a special surprise for someone. The package also includes a homemade chocolate cake with a special message as well as a “Cire Trudon” scented candle -- valued approximately at 110,000 won -- that can be lit up during the dinner. Popular among celebrities, these scented candles are made with pure natural ingredients and woven cotton that burns clean with no soot. Whiskey promotions at JW Marriott

JW Marriott’s Exchange Bar is holding a whiskey promotion, featuring opportunities to taste a wide selection of premium single malt and blended whiskies at affordable prices. Guests can select either the three- or four-glass option, where each special tulip-shaped whiskey glass will be filled with 30 ml of whiskey of one’s choice of over 22 types of premium single malt and blended whiskies. The three-glass option is priced at between 32,000 and 70,000 won while the four-glass option is priced at between 54,000 and 93,000 won. The featured prices are discounted by about 25 to 30 percent off the original prices. The whiskey promotion was launched by the hotel in order to encourage a culture of slow and measured drinking. Grand Hyatt Seoul is offering a special spa package in celebration of spring until June 30. Guests can choose from the “Crushed Lemon Sugar Body Polish” treatment, which includes skin exfoliation, corrective skin toning, moisturizing and conditioning using lemon-scented spa products; the “Awakening Citrus Facial” treatment, which includes treatment using neroli oil, known to moisturize and protect the skin from toxic substances, and a mandarin orange mask that brightens and moisturizes the skin; or spa credit worth 150,000 won. Herbal tea, organic cookies and the hotel’s garden spa music CD will be presented to all guests after the end of every spa session. Sheraton Grande Walkerhill’s Japanese restaurant Kiyomizu is presenting special meal sets prepared by Chef Choi Kyu-deok, the only Korean delegate to have attended the 4th Japanese Culinary Art Competition. The “Spring Hana Sushi Bento” -- priced at 70,000 won including tax and service charge and available from 12 to 3 p.m. from March 20 to May 10 -- includes spring greens and chicken breast salad, tofu-sauced salad, seasoned yam, grilled pork belly and asparagus wrap, seasoned spinach with abalone, and sakura-shaped tofu. Also included in the bento are six types of sushi including minced plum and sesame leaf maki and dashimaki tamago egg rolls. The seven-course “Sakura Kaiseki” menu -- priced at 127,000 won including tax and service charge -- features sakura-shaped tofu and spring greens salad, six kinds of seasonal delicacies, three kinds of seasonal sashimi, grilled tile fish, abalone tempura, chirashi sushi with udon, and dessert.
