Seoul Metropolitan Government is recruiting foreign volunteers to provide suggestions to improve daily life in the capital, covering areas such as multicultural family affairs, legal issues and public policy.
Volunteers must be foreign nationals or naturalized citizens who have lived in Seoul for at least a year and have at least an intermediate level of Korean or English.
Monitors will be required to submit reports with suggestions on how to improve city life, and will receive 20,000 won for each report they submit.
Would-be volunteers should submit photo identification and an application form through email to monitor@seoul.go.kr or submit the documents directly to the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Multiculturalism Division, on the fifth floor of the new City Hall building.
Applications close Friday.
