Gwangju International Community Day will be celebrating its 19th outing on Oct. 26 in front of Gwangju World Cup Stadium.
The event will see members of the city’s expatriate communities sharing their countries’ food and traditions at booths, as well as a flea market for secondhand goods, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Information and counseling for foreign nationals on life or work in Korea will also be available from a community booth at the event.
A talent contest for those who wish to show off their skills in singing, dancing, martial arts or other performances will be held alongside these events, with a top prize of 500,000 won.
