[1] U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Tuesday that he will visit the North Korean border town of Gaeseong on Thursday to encourage North Korean workers there in a surprise announcement that came amid growing uncertainty over inter-Korean ties.

[1] The number of unemployed Koreans in their 20s and 30s who have no previ-ous job experience has reached the highest level in more than 12 years, data showed Tuesday.
