The National Pension Service has said it will increase the number of languages in which it provides customer services.
The NPS recruited people from China and Taiwan to provide services in a variety of Chinese dialects.
They plan to expand services soon to include Indonesian, Sinhala and Tamil, and offer 15 different language options on their official website. The site currently has short guides in 14 languages.
