Samsung Medical Center opened a Twitter account (@mySMC for Samsung Seoul Hospital and @myKBSMC for Kangbuk Samsung Hospital), commencing direct interactive communications with online users. The account will provide information about the hospitals and healthcare tips.
The SMC will give out “gifticons” to 500 followers to mark the launch.
