[DISCLOSURE] KB Financial Group (105560) announced on June 28 that it has acquired 16,715,870 shares (7.06 percent) of Hyundai Securities (003450) in an after-hours block deal on June 24, increasing its stake to 29.62 percent (70,096,280 shares).
