[DISCLOSURE] Sampyo CEO Chung Do-won and 12 others in special relationships announced on July 1 that they have acquired about 11.9 million shares (5 percent) of
Dongyang (001520).
Sampyo has taken over its affiliate
Tongyang Cement (038500) in September last year. Chung said they will not take any action to affect the management of the company.
