[DISCLOSURE] Daewon has sold its 40.96 percent stake (3,992,436 shares) of
Sungjee Construction (005980) in an outside dealing to recover its investment, the company announced on July 5. Daewon’s stake dropped to 12 percent. The stocks were sold at 7,500 won (US$6.48) per share.
