DSK (109740) will issue 20 billion won (US$17.3 million) worth bonds with warrants for Taurus Investment & Securities to secure funds for the purchase of other corporation’s stocks, it announced on July 6. The interest rate is 1.0 percent. The exercising price is 28,750 won and the exercising period is between Aug. 11, 2017 and July 11, 2021. The bonds also have a put-option.
