Sangbo (027580) acknowledged on July 6 that it has signed a US$100 million worth joint venture agreement with China’s leading home appliance company TCL Group on July 5.
Although the agreement does not include any obligations, both parties have agreed on developing markets for display materials and parts, and building a US$100 million factory when all conditions are met, the company explained.
