Park & OPC (028040) will issue convertible bonds worth 10 billion won (US$8.6 million) to fund operations and purchase of other corporation’s stocks, it announced on July 6. The bonds will be evenly offered to five individuals. The maturity date is Aug. 4, 2019 and the conversion price is 7.520 won.
