Hot-Tech (015540) will reduce capital by consolidating its stocks at 10:1 ratio down to 3,049,196 shares, the company announced on July 5. The base date is Aug. 29.
It will also reduce the stock price to 200 won from 500 won and split its 3,049,196 shares into 7,622,990 shares. The listing date for the new stocks is Sept. 13.
Korea Exchange suspended trading of Hot-Tech stocks, it announced in a separate statement.
