LG Hausys will not pursue HornSchuch for merger

[DISCLOSURE] LG Hausys (108670) announced on July 7 that it has decided not to take over HornSchuch of Germany as it lacks strategic feasibility, in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry regarding reports saying it is seeking to acquire the German building material company.
