Daesung Industrial (128820) announced on July 7 that it will sell 4,729,630 shares of its subsidiary Daesung Celtic for 33 billion won (US$28.6 million), decreasing its stake to 10 percent, to improve its financial structure. This amounts to 28.30 percent of its equity capital.
