Dongwon (003580) will reduce capital by consolidating its stocks at 5:1 ratio down to 1,278,717 shares, the company announced on July 8, to improve its financial structure. The base date is Sept. 30. The capital will drop to 6.4 billion won (US$5.5 million).
Korea Exchange suspended trading of Dongwon stocks, it announced in a separate statement.
