S&T Dynamics (003570) announced on July 12 that its agreement with Airbus Helicopter to locally develop and supply helicopter parts signed in March 2015 has not been carried out as the Airbus Group affiliate has not provided technological support for a long time.
The company will seek a legal solution for this including a lawsuit for compensation, it added.
