Genic to invest US$2.55m in Chinese subsidiary

[DISCLOSURE] Genic (123330) will invest US$2.55 million in its Chinese subsidiary Genic Shanghai for raising capital, it announced on July 12. This amounts to 5.04 percent of its equity capital.
