New Pride (900100) announced on July 25 it will convene an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Sept. 12 to appoint a new board member.
The firm had recently raised 14.5 billion won (US$ 12.7 million) in capital with third party allocation after Britain’s SRV Enterprises became its largest stakeholder.
