I Factory (053810) said on July 26 that it has plans to raise capital worth 5 billion won (US$4.4 million) through a third party allocation to fund operations. The firm will issue 550,055 new shares at 9,090 won per share.
The payment is due on Aug. 19. The issued shares will be listed on Sept. 9.
