[Photo News] Earthquake shatters sense of security

A strong quake measuring magnitude 5.4 was detected in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province on Wednesday rattling the nation. This is the second biggest earthquake ever felt in Korea since the country began recording tectonic plate movements in the region in 1978.

The tremor was felt at various locations across the nation, with some affected areas seeing material damage to public and private properties.
