Garuda Indonesia will operate evening flights between Incheon and Jakarta twice a week in addition to the daily morning flights from June.
The new flight will depart from Incheon International Airport at 7:25 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday and arrive at midnight in Jakarta. The airline is offering discounts for tickets booked for flights from April 1-June 30. A roundtrip ticket from Incheon to either Yogyakarta or Lombok is 440,000 won, excluding tax.
Yogyakarta is one of the emerging tourist destinations in Indonesia famous for its UNESCO-listed Borobudur and Prambana temples and adventures such as ziplining over active volcanic Mount Merapi and water sports.
