Korea Railroad Corporation launched special train services to a walking trail named “Oessibeoseongil” (meaning the trail that resembles the shape of traditional Korean socks).
The trail stretches 200 kilometers from Yeoungwol in Gangwon Province to Cheongsong in North Gyeongsang Province, which boasts a variety of scenic beauty, culture and food.
The Saemaeul and Mugungwha trains will operate from Seoul and Busan to the stop points of the trail including Cheongsong, Yeongyang and Bonghwa from Oct. 18-Nov. 3.
