미국 테네시의 전직 볼룸댄서가 하이힐 신고 달리기 신기록을 세워 화제다.

17일 UPI에 따르면 아이린 시웰은 3인치 하이힐을 신고 26.2 마일의 코스를 7시간 30분 안에 완주했다. 물집에 밴드를 붙이고 뛰는 투혼 끝에 기록을 세울 수 있었다.

시웰은 하이힐을 신고 춤을 추는 볼룸댄서로 활동하며 높은 굽에 익숙해져 도움이 되었다고 전했다.
