IS 대원들이 여성분장을 하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 이는 역시 감시망을 피하고자 하는 시도이다.

지난 22일 영국매체 <미러>에 따르면, 짙은 화장을 한 IS 대원이 정부군에게 붙잡혔다. 나름 여장을 했으나 수염을 밀지 않은 이 남성은 모술 외곽에서 체포됐다.

많은 IS 대원들이 포로가 되지 않으려고 여장을 시도하지만, 분장이 어설퍼 오히려 눈에 쉽게 띈다고 매체는 전했다.
