The four members of the K-pop girl group Secret have returned to their fans after four months with the group’s third EP titled “Letter from Secret,” which was released Tuesday.
The bubbly, upbeat four-track album includes the lead track “YooHoo” and other singles “Daddy Long Legs,” “Only U” and “B.O.Y. (Because of You).”
Upon its release, the new album’s track “YooHoo” took the top spot on many local music real-time charts including Mnet, Bugs, Olleh, Soribada and others. The single was composed by Kang Ji-won and Kim Ki-bum, the same production team behind Secret’s previous hit song “Madonna” as well as “Magic,” “Shy Boy” and “Starlight Moonlight.”
The ladies of Secret made their K-pop debut in 2009 with their first EP album “I Want You Back” and have steadily released popular hits including the group’s first full album “Moving in Secret” in 2011. The “Letter from Secret” EP album follows Secret’s previous single “Talk That,” which was released last December.
