최근 유튜브에는 킹코브라가 거대 아나콘다를 먹는 영상이 올라와 화제가 되고 있다.
동족 상간에 비극이라고도 볼 수 있는 이 영상 속에는 킹코브라가 아나콘다의 몸을 감싸고 나서 머리부터 잘근잘근 씹어먹는 장면이 나온다.
킹코브라는 주로 다른 뱀을 잡아먹는데, 가끔 쥐나 도마뱀도 잡아먹는다. 맹독성이나 깊은 숲에 살기 때문에 사람이 물리는 경우는 드물다.
