최근 온라인에서는 6미터 크기의 거대한 상어를 잡은 호주 잠수부가 다시금 화제가 되고 있다.
호주의 전문 잠수부인 딘 스페파넥은 참치를 가둔 그물 안으로 백상아리 한 마리가 들어오자 10번 가까이 작살을 쏘았고 30분 정도의 사투 끝에 결국 백상아리를 잡는 데 성공했다.
딘 스테파넥은 상어를 죽인 것은 아주 안타깝지만, 바다 속에서는 상어 아니면 자신이 죽어야 하는 상황이었다고 말했다.
