Jennie, Jungkook climb back up Billboard charts

Jennie of Blackpink and Jungkook of BTS are climbing back up Billboard’s main album and single charts.

According to Billboard, the song “One Of The Girls” by Jennie, Lily-Rose Depp and The Weeknd rose to a new peak of No. 57, up from No. 58 the previous week, on Billboard’s Hot 100 dated Feb. 17.

“One Of The Girls” is one of the original soundtracks of the HBO series “The Idol,” in which Jennie starred.

This makes Jennie the first female K-pop solo artist in history to chart a song for seven consecutive weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100, as well as the highest-charting female K-pop soloist on Billboard's Hot 100.

“One of the Girls” also stayed at No. 6 for 18 consecutive weeks in a row on Billboard’s Global Excluding US chart, as well as at No. 11 on the Global 200.

Jungkook’s “Standing Next To You” also climbed up to No. 81 from No. 94 on Billboard’s Hot 100 dated Feb. 17.

His album “Golden” which carries the single "Standing Next To You" stayed strong at No. 71 on the Billboard 200 chart, and “Standing Next To You” at No. 31 on the Billboard Global 200 for 14 consecutive weeks.
