박근혜 비방했다 기소당해

대선 전 인터넷에서 박근혜 대통령을 비방한 60대 남성이 기소당했다.

서울중앙지검은 15일 김모 (60. 부동산임대업) 씨를 공직선거법 위반 혐의로 불구속 기소했다고 밝혔다.

검찰에 따르면 김씨는 당시 박근혜 대선 후보자의 아버지 박정희 전 대통령을 “독재자”라고 묘사하고 그 외 가족 및 친인척을 비방한 혐의를 받고 있다. 김씨는 지난해 9월에서 11월까지 총 7차례에 걸쳐 비방하는 글을 올린 것으로 알려졌다.

검찰은 김씨가 개인적으로 선호하지 않는 박 당시 후보자를 대통령 선거에서 낙선시키려고 했다고 설명했다.

Man indicted for slandering Park

A 60-year-old realtor was indicted without detention on the charge of slander against President Park Geun-hye prior to the presidential election last year, Seoul prosecutors said Monday.

According to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the suspect, identified by his surname Kim, allegedly posted “malignant” online comments about Park and her family members from September to November.

Kim reportedly depicted Park’s father, late military strongman Park Chung-hee, as a dictator and wrote slanderous comments about the president’s mother and brother.

Prosecutors said Kim wrote the posts because he personally did not like Park and wanted her to lose in the presidential election in December.

Kim was charged with violation of the election campaign law.
