북한은 9일 "핵탄두의 위력 판정을 위한 핵폭발 시험을 단행했다"고 보도했다.

북한 핵무기연구소는 이날 성명에서 "이번 핵시험에서는 조선인민군 전략군 화성포병부대들이 장비한 전략탄도로켓들에 장착할 수 있게 표준화, 규격화된 핵탄두의 구조와 동작, 특성, 성능과 위력을 최종적으로 검토 확인했다"며 이같이 밝혔다고 조선중앙TV가 보도했다. (연합뉴스)
