태국 파타야에서 한 독일 남성이 나신으로 외발전동휠을 타고 가며 음란행위를 해 체포됐다.

이 남성은 지난 13일 심야 시각에 전신나체로 헬멧과 신발만 착용한 채 음란행위를 하며 도심을 횡단하던 중 경찰에 체포됐다.

경찰은 남성이 56세라는 것 외엔 정확한 신변을 파악하지 못하고 있는 상태다. 이 남성은 여권을 소지하지 않고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.
