돈이 얽혀 있는 문제라면 배우자 외의 상대와 성관계를 가지는 것이 허용된다는 한 일본 법원의 판결이 화제가 되고 있다고 11일 타임지가 보도했다.
도쿄지법은 4월, 한 일본 여성이 남편과 불륜을 저지른 나이트클럽 여직원에게 피해보상을 청구하자 ‘손님유치를 위해 직업상 성관계를 가진 것이기 때문에’ 여직원이 배상하지 않아도 된다며 판결을 내렸다.

이에 일본의 사법 전문가들은 이 판결이 ‘베갯머리송사’와 같이 잠자리로 비즈니스를 성사시키는 등의 사례에도 적용될까 우려를 표했다.
